Get Started With UnionWP Commerce

Understand the WooCommerce store tools, access, and first steps.

Español · English edition

UnionWP Commerce by Empower Union brings together tools for people running a WooCommerce store. The documented Commerce baseline is 1.6.4, reviewed October 18, 2026. It is a separate plugin from UnionWP and UnionWP Pro, and does not require Pro.

What It Helps You Do

  • Send configured staff notifications when WooCommerce reports payment complete.
  • Export sales orders as CSV files for accounting review.
  • Compare an order’s shipping charge with a carrier quote obtained separately.
  • Send website requests and use configured contact forms.
  • Reopen cookie preferences and review consent records with authorized access.
  • Switch a supported Back To Top control on or off as an administrator.

WooCommerce owns products, orders, customers, stock, and checkout. Payment gateways, carrier rates, taxes, hosting, and storefront layouts have their own setup. Commerce does not automatically configure those services.

Before Your First Task

  1. Confirm that you are signed into your own store’s WordPress dashboard with an assigned account.
  2. Look for UnionWP Commerce. Available screens depend on your permissions. Sales and shipping review tools require WooCommerce management access; plugin settings and consent records require administrator access.
  3. Confirm the installed version under Plugins, or ask your administrator. Do not deactivate the plugin to identify it.
  4. Choose a task below. If a screen is missing, ask your administrator to check access and setup.

First Useful Check

Open Sales Reports and identify the date and status controls without exporting customer data until you have an authorized reporting purpose. Staff reports are private. For a missing menu or unclear result, record the page title and visible message and contact support.

Setup And Support

Commerce setup, storefront design or migration, integrations, and ongoing support are quoted separately. Confirm your written scope before assuming a service is included. See Products and availability.
