UnionWP is the free foundation. Its QR tools do not require Pro or a paid QR service.

The generator requires administrator access. The profile-sharing control appears on a supported public profile. UnionWP does not create an entire directory or populate profile content just by being installed.
UnionWP Pro: available with setup
Pro is a paid add-on and requires UnionWP to remain installed and active. Current modules provide optional-form controls, staff-notification controls, email-delivery reporting, site insights, backup reporting, uptime reporting and security reporting.
Open the Pro tour to find the right screen. Pro screens require administrator access. Connected reports depend on the services configured for that particular website. A reporting dashboard does not by itself purchase storage, provision monitoring, establish a mail connection or create recipients.
Pricing for Pro and implementation scope are confirmed with Empower Union. Compatibility, separate dependencies and ongoing service costs are reviewed during setup.
Workflows configured for your union
Membership applications, generated application documents, staff publishing requests, company and coverage updates, and event-space requests can use an individual union’s existing forms and site setup. Their fields, recipients and approval process vary.
Pro supplies controls and integrations around those configured workflows. It does not replace them with a new native form engine. Ask for the written setup scope before assuming a workflow is included or ready.
Planned and unavailable
UnionWP’s planned additions include basic native forms, basic native spam protection, downloadable contact cards and print-friendly profiles.
Pro’s planned additions include advanced native form features, profile and appointment requests, directory import/export, scheduled coverage changes, directory history and checks, review reminders, and multilingual profiles. Existing configured forms may already perform some tasks through their own setup; that does not mean a new native feature has shipped.
SMS messaging and credit purchases remain unavailable. Member composition, audiences and topic choices are not implemented in the current release. See SMS availability and planned pricing.
Confirm your own setup
Check your installed versions, assigned access and handover scope. Open the relevant tool and inspect its connection or availability state. Resolve missing setup with your administrator before relying on it for a live process.
