Audience: everyone checking versions and shipped availability.

October 16, 2026 — Contextual help

UnionWP 1.4.2 adds Help with this screen on the QR generator and Help with profile sharing in the public profile card and download dialog.

UnionWP Pro 2.5.1 adds Help with this screen to its control and reporting screens. Links open the matching guide in a new tab; report-specific links can open the relevant section. The SMS screen links to its current availability information.

Help links leave the original screen and unsaved input in place. They do not save settings, submit forms, send notifications or enable SMS. Existing workflows and service settings are unchanged.

Documented baseline: October 15, 2026

UnionWP 1.4.1

The current free product includes static QR generation, PNG and SVG downloads, and profile QR sharing on supported public profiles. Version 1.4.1 updates administrative logo branding; the QR tools were already part of the product.

Native basic forms, downloadable contact cards and print-friendly profiles remain planned.

UnionWP Pro 2.5.0

Pro requires active UnionWP. Existing modules cover form controls, staff notifications, email-delivery reporting, site insights, backups, uptime and security. Configured membership and staff workflows retain their existing forms and service setup.

SMS remains disabled and unavailable. Credit purchasing is unavailable. Planned member messaging and topic-based audiences are not implemented in this release. Published planned USD pricing is described in the SMS availability guide.

Check your installed baseline

An administrator can review the installed-plugin list and product details. The Pro overview also displays its version. Record the version when reporting a screen that differs from a guide. Do not deactivate a product to find its version. Pro requires UnionWP to remain active.

How to read future entries

A release note will identify shipped behavior, requirements and any effect on an existing workflow. A planned feature belongs in the roadmap or availability guide until it has shipped and been verified.

For a particular website, confirm its installed version and configuration rather than assuming every documented integration is enabled. Service setup and separate dependencies can differ between unions.

If a newer interface differs from these guides, report the version and screen title to support so the relevant instructions can be reviewed.
