For your union’s assigned processes, use Submit staff requests or Membership applications. Your union supplies the actual form links and review responsibilities.
What the audience labels mean
Public profile sharing is available to visitors when configured. Creating QR codes in the dashboard and using Pro controls and reports require an administrator account. Staff workflow access is assigned by your union. These product guides do not require programming knowledge.
When your screen differs
Check the website, account and page title, then use Sign-in and access or Troubleshooting. Contact support with the visible message and the steps you took if you still need help.

Responsible for setup or technical maintenance? Open the separate Admin & Developer tab for setup and handover, form and page mapping, security and access, and backups and uptime. Start with the product guides above for everyday use.
Understand availability
The documented baseline is UnionWP 1.4.2 and UnionWP Pro 2.5.1, reviewed October 16, 2026. Connected services and staff workflows depend on your union’s setup. SMS sending and credit purchases remain unavailable. See Products and availability and Release notes for details.
