Staff Requests

Authorized staff can open UnionWP Commerce → Send Request to report a website problem or request work. Provide the affected page, what happened, and what you expected. Use only the fields and attachments provided by your configured screen. Submission sends a request to the configured recipient; it does not automatically publish or implement a change. Do not include payment credentials or unnecessary customer information.

The store’s public contact form is a separate configured entry point. Use it for its stated purpose. Reply and delivery behavior depend on the store’s mail setup.

Use the floating UnionWP U-and-lightning icon to reopen Cookie Preferences when it is enabled on the store. Its accessible label identifies the privacy control.

  1. Open the control and read the available categories.
  2. Choose the preferences you intend to use.
  3. Save only if you want to change your choices. Use Cancel or close the panel to leave them unchanged.

The icon opens the existing preference interface. It does not mean that all cookies are disabled or that every outside service is covered automatically.

Administrators can use the Commerce consent screen to review available records and settings. Treat those records as private. Follow the organization’s approved retention and access rules. Do not delete or export records merely to learn the interface.

Back To Top Display

Administrators can open Settings → Website display in Commerce and use the Back To Top on/off switch for a supported layout. Save through that section’s control, then check a long public page. The theme or builder still owns the button’s design, threshold, and scrolling behavior. This display setting is saved independently of notification settings.

If a control is absent, confirm the configured layout and your access with support. See also Privacy and consent.
